Including my Sports & Exercise Science Degree, I have been immersed in the fitness industry for over 15 years. I have held multiple PT roles, working for national fitness brands as well as running my own successful business. Together with personal training and nutritional guidance, I have also run a platform delivering fitness qualifications to individuals looking to pursue a career in the industry. Qualified To Deliver

I am privileged to have worked with hundreds of clients, ranging from new beginners through to well known sports professionals. However, while I carry vast experience in my role, reassuringly I also possess the formal qualifications you should demand. Having completed a BSc honours degree in Sports and Exercise Sciences, along with a Diploma in Personal Training and Sports Massage Therapy, I have worked in the fitness industry on both a self employed and employed basis gaining significant experience. I am a REPs Level 3 registered Personal Trainer, Assessor, IV and Sports Massage Therapist. I also hold a number of CPD qualifications within the fitness sector. In addition, I opted to complete a Postgraduate Certificate in Education - Post Compulsory Education and Training (PGCE-PCET), enabling me to safely pass on the knowledge I have gained from this ever evolving industry.
